Annual Stormwater Monitoring and Assessment Reports
San Diego Region of Orange County (south Orange County watersheds)
Until the South OC Water Quality Improvement Plan (WQIP) was approved by the San Diego Regional Water Board on June 20th, 2018, the municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit for the watershed management area of south Orange County required submittal of a transitional monitoring and assessment report by January 31st of each year, covering a monitoring reporting period of October 1 through September 30. Santa Ana Region of Orange County (north and central Orange County watersheds)
In accordance with the requirements of the municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit for the watersheds of north and central Orange County, a monitoring and assessment report is prepared covering the reporting period of July 1 through June 30 and included as part of the Unified Program Effectiveness Assessment for the Santa Ana Region of Orange County. On November 15, 2017, the Orange County Stormwater Program, on behalf of the MS4 Permittees of north and central Orange County, submitted a monitoring and assessment report (see link below) covering the period of July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.
