By educating our school children about stormwater and urban runoff pollution, we foster an environmental ethic in the next generation to prevent pollution. The earlier children learn about protecting the environment, the less likely they will be to engage in pollution-causing behaviors as adults.

Project Pollution Prevention, the educational campaign for the Orange County Stormwater Program, provides a variety of free and partially sponsored educational opportunities for both students and teachers. All program components are aligned with the current California Science Content Standards.  Use the links on the left to find out more about specific programs.  The link on the right will allow you to download the Teachers Brochure.
