Outdoor Science School

Grades: 5th & 6th

Project Pollution Prevention has partnered with the Orange County Department of Education’s Inside the Outdoors to support students attending the Outdoor Science School.

The Outdoor Science School operates several sites in the San Bernardino Mountains where fifth and sixth grade students and their teachers participate in a weeklong science adventure that highlights water awareness. Students will also receive a workbook to take home to guide them in assessing their own resource consumption habits. The overnight experience offers students the opportunity to develop social skills and build the self esteem that comes from a successful living and learning experience. Call Inside the Outdoors at (909) 389-0820 for more information or to sign up for this program.
